How do you ship, and what is the price?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

Where do you ship?

We provide International Shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.

How do you ship?

We ship orders oversea by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for International Shipping.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email. You can also track your order on our website www.caligirlbrand.com

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

Why can't I track my order on your website?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later. You can also contavt us.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

Why do I have to pay extra fee to my shipping company?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Which currency are you using on the website?

Our products are listed in US Dollar. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!

At Cali Girl Brand, we keep to the highest industry standards for payments and the way they are processed. Tour credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is solely used for the transaction and not stored.

Timeline for returns: You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to Cali Girl Brand only.

If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. What can't be returned: Items described as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must have all tags attached, and all footwear returns must be sent back in their original packaging and without shipping labels affixed to them. Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued

What can be returned: Any items not outlined in the "What can't be returned" section above are eligible for refund if returned to us within 14 business days.

Returns received by us between 15-30 business days are only eligible to be returned for store credit.

Return shipping charges information: Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error. Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground or $28 for International.
